Gameplay Details Destiny 2 Announced, Give Many Unbeatable Features in First Destiny

Through its official livestream overnight, Bungie announces the details of Destiny 2's gameplay with some new features that do not exist in Destiny.

Luke Smith, Directed Destiny 2 explains that this game emphasizes 3 main things: a wonderful world, exciting things you can do, and there's always someone to play with you. Bungie is keen to emphasize the third point by giving all players access to Destiny content including how trials, the Nightfall, and the raids.

Social Lead Bungie M.E. Chung explains some other new things like Destiny 2 clan features to make Destiny 2 community more solid, clan that is in Destiny 2 has some other features such as creating your own clan logo. You also do not need to request join clan and can directly join clan in Destiny 2.


Another feature that clan possesses is "guided games" which is a Destiny 2 matchmaking feature. Through this feature, you can search for random groups that will play with you, for example if a group of 3 players wants to fill a group with 6 players, then They just access this feature to find it.

Four new world pieces have been prepared Bungie for Destiny 2. The world is Earth, Titan, Io, and Nessus. In addition, they also provide travel features more freely, where this feature will make the player can travel without having to go to orbit. Surely it felt very big impact on the veteran player Destiny who do not have to bother having to go to orbit before finally go to another planet.

Earth in Destiny 2 will not be the same as Destiny, where some cities will be seen smashed to pieces. Action on Earth will also be moved from Old Russia to the European Dead Zone. Weapons and abilities in this game also have other unique things. Destiny 2 has three weapons slots: Kinetic, Energy, and Power. Power category weapons are fusion and sniper rifle plus grenade launcher. In addition to these weapons there are several other weapons such as chaingun which is also shown by Bungie.

Ability in this game is also divided into three. The first ability is called Dawnblade for the Warlock class with its unique sword skills, where it can jump into the air and launch a sword attack from the air.

Next there is a Sentinel owned Titan class that allows you to use a shield like Captain America. Last is the Arcstrider for Hunter class that allows you to bring up staff that you can use to attack your enemies at high speed.

Destiny 2 will be released for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 8, 2017, while its BETA will be released this summer.
