A number of users have complained about a problematic Apple Maps app on iPhone

Apple's map app is Apple Maps reportedly experiencing problems, and cannot be used to display navigation from point A to point B.

According to downdetector.com, 60 percent of user complaints call Apple Maps not providing any data.

In addition, the site also mentioned that as many as 39 percents of user complaints also mention that the application cannot be accessed. This problem is experienced by Apple Maps app on all users' devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

The user claimed to receive a message saying "Directions Not Available, Route information is not available at this moment" while trying to obtain navigation information through Apple Maps. However, this issue can be helped by installing Google Maps on iOS devices.

Apple device users can search this Google map app in the App Store app store. Meanwhile, Apple's System Status shows that there are issues with Maps-Routing and Navigation functionality, and Maps-Search.
