Samsung will release three variants of Samsung Galaxy S10 model

Samsung Galaxy S10
Samsung Galaxy S10 will be the next generation for their premium smartphone. For the first time, Samsung will release the series in three variant types.

As the report from South Korean media ETNews notes that during this Samsung only breaks the Samsung Galaxy S series in two versions, the usual version and Edge or series plus version as introduced on the Samsung Galaxy S9 +.

The information is from Samsung insiders, who reportedly will be announced in the first half of next year.

The informant also mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy S10 was developed with the code name Beyond consisting of Beyond 0, Beyond 1, and Beyond 2. All three have different specifications in several aspects.

For the screen size, Beyond 0 and Beyond 1 comes with a 5.8-inch screen size while Beyond 2 has a size of 6.2 inches. The difference is also located in the rear camera, Beyond 0 has a single camera, Beyond 1 with dual camera, while Beyond 2 with the triple camera as made by Huawei P20 Pro.

Providing Samsung Galaxy S series in three models at once became Samsung's first strategic move. Certainly releasing three variants of premium smartphone each year has its own challenge.

A premium smartphone cycle that is getting faster and remembering its quite expensive price will probably be a bold bet for Samsung.

Keep in mind that the next year will be a moment of age 10 years of Samsung Galaxy S series, so may be omitted the decision to release three variants of this model may be done once.

This reminds us of Apple which also released three devices some time ago ie iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and iPhone X.
